UAPs & Fireworks

Nice to see the site is back again! Just in time too because I've been looking for advice. Since it's getting to the time of year when it seems like everyone is setting off fireworks I've found it's really getting in the way of UAP watching. They are constantly setting off my motion camera and it's hard to stay focused stargazing with all the noise and distraction. I'm also worried that all the activity in the sky might be scaring any extra-terrestrial visitors off. It's a real shame since the weather has been really good for it and I recently purchased a thermal night vision monocular I've been hampering to use.
Does anyone have tips or experience with this? Should I ask my neighbours to stop or just wait it out?

I tell you I hate this damn time of year with kids setting them off when I'm trying to get some shut-eye! I think I finally caught a UFO (NOT UAP!) on tape when it's only a firework! You can sign my petition to stop fireworks going off after 8pm so that we can get some damn sleep and investigate! C:\\Users\Mike\Documents\New Folder (1)\petishin.jpg

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with this issue, but I don't think it's just teens. Some of my neighbours are middle-aged with smaller children, and they are still some of the ones setting them off late. I don't understand your hostility either regarding the UAP terminology; it's the more accurate and acceptable terminology in serious expert circles.
Also, that's not how you link things

I am not trying to get into an argument here, but I'm just letting you know that you expect people to take you seriously when you use outdated terminology like that. Clinging onto that term will just make you look uninformed and like a tin-foil hat wearer instead of an actual researcher.
